terms of service

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before requesting a Commission from Cubeman Mileys ("Artist").■ All prices mentioned by the Artist are final.
■ No refunds are available after payment.
■ All payments are to be sent through hipolink and lava.top.
■ The commission will be completed in two payments: Half of the overall cost will be paid upon accepting the proposal as a deposit, and the other half will be paid upon receiving the complete work. (Alternative payment plans are available, just message me!)
■ the artist retains full rights to the work and should be credited as the original creator. Works commissioned by the client are for personal use only.
■ the artist has the right to decline a commission according to their capabilities and discernment.
■ Process shots will be sent periodically during the drawing process; Revisions requested during the sketch phase, or any other simple revision such as a small color change or minimal edits to the pose are free. Complex revisions such as changing the perspective, overhauling the pose, and changing the outfit will increase the price of the commission itself.
■ Average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
■ Please keep in mind that I may adjust parts of the character to better fit my style.
■ If the commissioned piece is fanart of an existing media, the Artist has a right to resell the commission in the form of prints and merchandise.
■ The completed work CANNOT be used for AI, to feed AI algorithms, for NFTs, or Crypto.
